The artwork of Jake was a joint effort. The original black and white pencil drawing was done by the brother of Jake's real life player. Bill estimated the work at about 14 hours effort.

After the pencil drawing was finished, the picture was scanned in and colorized by a friend of Jake's player. Del figures it took about 12 hours effort to do the colorizing.

The same joint effort took place for Siera's picture. Bill did the original black and white artwork according to the specifications provided by Siera's player, and Bill did his best to bring that description to life. Afterwards, Del once more took the original black and white drawing, scanned it in, and colorized it. Don't they do good work?
